My Pain
led me to my purpose
Since I was a young girl, I felt a deep connection to the star systems, the Earth, and a mission larger than myself that I was destined to become apart of. My journey has been unique, as I know yours is, too. I listened to my calling, and never gave up on developing a beautiful relationship with myself and immersing myself in deep healing experiences.
Wounded by a family history of my father’s drinking addiction and abuse, and family dysfunction where love, compassion, and honoring one’s sensitivities were not respected, I felt a fire inside that propelled me forward to course correct what I was seeing and observing in my home as a child. I went on a mission to find my true self, sorting out all the chaos and confusion of my upbringing and to make a positive impact on humanity, and to do it on a global level.
I care deeply about supporting women to get curious and discover more of who they are as a spiritual being, and ground into their feminine power. There is so much wisdom that has been removed from our Western society that keeps us feeling powerless, dissociated, and confused. The struggle is real, and you don’t have to do it alone.
Perhaps I am teaching others what I wished my own Mother had been equipped with and how I wish I had been brought up—to feel safe, protected, with unconditional love, compassion, respect, self-worth, boundaries, healthy emotional development, and the space to explore and find my own path—instead of the projected, unfulfilled dreams and expectations of my parents and society at large.
My intention is to bring you back into your power and fill in the gaps of this missing wisdom so that life can become more simple and clear for you to navigate. I support you to rebuild your inner self to embody self-love and self-worth through a conscious connection to your womb, heart, spirit, and soul.

a devoted Mother to my 3-year old daughter, Emily, 21 month-old daughter, Sage, and a former dancer and musician. My family and I live in the Puget Sound area of western Washington state. We are a heart-centered, fun, joyful family who cares deeply about authentic connection, quality time, holistic living, speaking our truth, and living life on our terms.
I’m an optimist, a feminist, and always looking to learn something new about my craft, spirituality, and the Earth. Nature is my happy place. I consider myself to be both an introvert and extrovert.
I’m a professionally trained Licensed Soul Therapist™, Certified Generational Healer®, and Soul Parent | Spiritual Child™ Evolutionary Educator mentored by Deborah Skye King of the International Soul Therapy School® in Canada. I started my healing practice in 2015.

Wounded by a family history of emotional abuse, alcoholism, codependency, depression, and low self-worth, I decided to take full responsibility for my own healing at age 18. My intuitive gifts turned on and became conscious; I was drawn to studying energy and spirituality and knew I was meant to be a leader and use my voice to speak up for myself and others.
My mission is to co-create a world where feminine empowerment + love are our guiding forces and our planet can return to a place of beauty and harmony for all.
Our planet is a planet of love— not fear, and yet fear is the number one vibration controlling humanity. This can no longer be so. I agreed to be here during this timeline on Earth to be a pillar of light and to guide you back home to yourself.

Women in Nepal and Vietnam have also sought after my healing services. It is an incredible honor to work with women all over the world seeking healing and support.
